(1) Vendor needs to provide 24/7/365 live operator answering support service for Government Authority.
(2) This RFP is competitive Small Business Set Aside.
(3) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for four (4) additional one year periods.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
